･Kenedix Asia Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary in Singapore of Kenedix Inc., acquired an office building in Malaysia through an investment vehicle structure. They covered the cost associated with this acquisition by the investment from Kenedix Asia and debt financing in Malaysian Ringgit from a financial institution in Malaysia.
･HEIWA REAL ESTATE REIT, Inc. has concluded interest-rate swap agreements for several loans.
