Mitsui & Co., Logistics Partners Ltd., the asset management company of Japan Logistics Fund, Inc., announced today that MLP has decided to acquire Ichikawa Logistics Center Ⅲ described in “Notice Concerning the Conclusion of Fixed-term Lease Contract, JLF as a Lessee, with a Rermination Clasuse and the Acquisition of Purchase Option” announced on June 29, 2018 and ” Notice Concerning the Conclusion of Fixed-term Lease Contract, JLF as a Lessee, with a Termination Clause and the Acquisition of Purchase Option” announced on July 11, 2018.
