Daiwa Office Investment Corporation (the “Investment Corporation”) hereby announces that Daiwa Real Estate Asset Mannagement Co. Ltd., to which the Investment Corporation entrusts management of its assets(the “Asset Manager”), has determined today to acquire trust beneficial interest in real estate.
