AEON REIT Investment Corporation hereby announces that AEON Reit Management Co., Ltd., to which the Investment Corporation entrusts asset management, today determined to sell and purchase the following beneficiary rights of domestic real estate in trust (the “Sale” and the “Purchase,” respectively, and the “Transactions, “collectively. The asset sold in the Sale and the asset purchased in the Purchase will be referred to as the “Asset to be Sold” and the “Asset to be Purchased,” respectively).
