J-REIT:Notice Concerning Transfer of Asset and Termination of Lease as well as Acquisition of Assets

Japan Excellent, Inc. (hereinafter “JEI”) announces that Japan Excellent Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Asset Management Company”), to which JEI entrusts asset management, today decided to transfer and acquire assets (hereinafter the “Transaction”) as described below. JEI also announces that the lease agreement of the Property to be Transferred will be teminated in the Transaction.
