TOKIO MARINE CAPITAL CO., LTD. (“TMC”) announced that TMCAP2011 limited partnership, which is an investment fund managed by TMC, reached an agreement with Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems Co., Ltd. to sell its entire stake in KEC Corporation.
