SPIRAL VENTURES PTE. LTD. (HQed in Singapore) has entered into business partnership agreement with Bank of The Ryukyus, Ltd. (HQed in Naha, Okinawa) for the purpose of bilateral assistance to support local startups from Southeast Asia and India, and companies in Okinawa to expand into each markets.
