Japan Industrial Solutions Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that Japan Industrial Solutions Fund I (hereinafter referred to as “JIS Fund I”) agreed on the transfer of all shares of Meiko Shokai Co., Ltd. held by JIS Fund I to Mitsui Matsushima Holdings Co., Ltd. and concluded a share transfer agreement with them as of March 18, 2019.
