>LONGREACH GROUP’s announcement

The Longreach Group (“Longreach”) today announced that it has reached an agreement with UCC Foodservice Systems Inc. (“UFS”) to purchase 100% of its subsidiary, Kohikan Corporation (“Kohikan”). The scheduled financial closing date for the transaction is 1 May 2018.
